Harris Eisenstadt's Aberikula + Loop 2.4.3

Harris Eisenstadt, a drummer-composer who's always hatching fresh, well-plotted projects, unveils his latest band: Aberikula, a quintet inspired by the secular (as opposed to sacred) tradition of Cuban batá drumming. Also on board is Loop 2.4.3, a fascinating percussion ensemble led by Thomas Kozumplik (of post-rock chamber ensemble Clogs), which plays richly detailed, hypnotic original music that will surely appeal to admirers of So Percussion, Bell Orchestre and the like.
