Time Out says

One of the largest reagge and R&B festivals in North America returns to Queens for its annual celebration this Sunday. Kicking off at midday in Roy Wilkins Park, Groovin’ in the Park welcomes music lovers of all ages, with entertainment to suit the whole family.

Grammy Award-winner Michael Bolton returns after a successful last performance in 2015. Plus R&B singer and MC Hammer collaborator Keyshia Cole, and legendary British DJ Sir David Rodigan. Other artists on the day include Jamaican singer Beres Hammond, dancehall musician Sizzla, and reggae fusion group Third World.

Elsewhere round the site festival-goers will find pop-up kitchen serving jerk meats, oxtail stew, roasted corn and other Caribbean delights. Plus clothes and accessories stalls.
