Fred Frith / Jessica Lurie / Allison Miller

Fred Frith has been an iconic English art-rock guitarist for Henry Cow and an integral part of the late-’80s downtown NYC improv scene; while he still draws on both skill sets, these days Frith's an influential West Coast composer, ensemble organizer and pedagogue. Here, following a summer residency at the Stone, Frith returns for a trio gig with saxist Jessica Lurie and drummer Allison Miller.
