The resolutely raw Australian trio feedtime, which formed in the late ’70s, plays its first-ever NYC shows, pegged to a snazzy new Sub Pop box set, The Aberrant Years. Connoisseurs of the noise-punk continuum that runs from Flipper to Pissed Jeans ought to delight in feedtime's blues-juiced scuzz.(Google the group's cover of the Stones' "Paint It Black" for a taste.) Also on the bill are ever-harrowing locals Vaz. Sightings and Maggoted—which includes one member apiece from Yellow Swans and Grey Daturas—open at Death by Audio, while Electric Jellyfish leads off at Cake Shop and Maxwell's.
Death by Audio: $10. Cake Shop: $12. Maxwell's: advance $10, at the door $12
