After 17 long years, ’90s cult faves Failure—who are responsible for crunchy, melodic 1996 alt-rock gem Fantastic Planet and who count Tool among their fans—reunited last year and hit the road. The band's first new studio album in nearly two decades, The Heart Is a Monster, surfaced earlier this summer, so expect a live debut of the new material.
