Enso String Quartet

The up-and-coming foursome brings a well-conceived theme to the floating concert hall: Recitations from Tolstoy's novella The Kreutzer Sonata share a bill with Beethoven's "Kreutzer" Sonata for Violin and Piano, Janacek's String Quartet No. 1 (subtitled, you guessed it, "Kreutzer Sonata") and Dvorak's Piano Quintet in A major. Guest artists include actor Sherman Howard, pianist David Kaplan and violinist Mark Peskanov.
