Die Antwoord

It seems like an eternity ago (2010, for those keeping track) that the Web reached a collective frothing point over Die Antwoord’s early videos, which chronicled a surreally scuzzy South African subculture known as zef. But the Cape Town dance-rap collective still turns heads now and again with statements such its "Banana Brain" vid, which featured gothic dance parties, a whole lot of UV body paint and some very transformative spit. Here, the crew hits town in support of its recent third LP, Mount Ninji and da Nice Time Kid.
