Deviation NYC Benji B + Kode9 + Lunice + MC Judah

Red Bull Music Academy (which is heading to NYC later this year—hooray!) teams up with London's Devotion affair for a night of rumbling bass and booming beats. Devotion is headed up by Benji B, who, among many other claims to fame, heads up a show of wide-ranging underground sounds on BBC Radio 1. He'll be at this shindig, of course, but there's lots more: Kde9, one of dubstep's seminal producers and boss of the pioneering Hyperdub label; has sound that's warm, deep and expansive, while Lunice is a mainstay of the LuckyMe and Mad Decent labels with a plus-size stage demeanor. Devotion regular MC Judah adds a bit of narration to the affair.
