David Gray

David Gray had a hugely successful run in Europe in the early aughts with his White Ladder album (it’s Ireland’s all-time best-selling album), propelled by his crazy catchy single “Babylon.” While Gray’s melodic folk-rock sound is far from cutting-edge, he does know how to write a stirring, romantic song, as other efforts such as “This Year’s Love” and “Please Forgive Me” attest. He hits town in support of Mutineers, his tenth record, which came out in June.
