Moody neo-postpunk favorites Crystal Stilts share a bill with one of their stylistic forebears: Happy Refugees, an intriguing early-’80s British band with shades of the Fall and the Feelies. (The Refugees are playing in support of Return to Last Chance Saloon, a reissue of their 1984 effort Last Chance Saloon.)
