Cibo Matto's new comeback LP, Hotel Valentine, deals with ghosts, romance and, yes, a hotel. The pair isn’t interested in going light or broad on its first post-retirement album; the record finds Hatori and Honda inhabiting the same zany headspace that made their ’90s work so endearing.
