Chris Cochrane, Dennis Cooper and Ishmael Houston-Jones: THEM

Guitarist-composer Chris Cochrane, literary artist Dennis Cooper and choreographer Ishmael Houston-Jones present music, words and dance from THEM, an edgy performance piece originally created in 1985 in response to the AIDS crisis, and restaged in 2010. Downtown-music veterans Kato Hideki, Richard Dworkin and Doug Wieselman join Cochrane in performing his roiling, wailing score, as heard on a new Tzadik CD.
