Hard-rock supergroup Chickenfoot—think of them as Zeppelin filtered through cheesy ’80s hard rock—features guitar hero's guitar hero Joe Satriani and former Van Halen–ites Sammy Hagar and Michael Anthony. (Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith mans the kit in the studio, but live, veteran session dude Kenny Aronoff keeps the beat.)
