Pianist Armando "Chick" Corea is playing in all manner of starry configurations during this, the month of his 70th birthday-observed, but in some ways it's this evening that packs the greatest potential for shaking things up. Gary Peacock is a bassist who's anchored trios led by Albert Ayler and Keith Jarrett, and a superbly inquisitive partner, while drummer Brian Blade plays like the composer and arranger he is.
