The great Bob Dylan joins the A-listers lining up to play at the new Barclays Center. Though he may be more or less unintelligible onstage these days, a harsh rasp having long ago replaced his trademark nasal whine, Mr. Zimmerman's current sets (a mixture of selections old and new, beloved and obscure, now including selections from the new Tempest) prove that the potency of his songs transcends the verbal realm. Mark Knopfler, longtime Dire Straits leader (and producer of Dylan's scorching 1983 LP, Infidels), opens.
