Ben Kweller + Julia Nunes

Ben Kweller, perhaps the youngest indie-rock singer to qualify as a crusty vet, kicks off a local stand (it moves to Brooklyn next week) in intimate rooms. Kweller is a very sharp songwriter—and a game stage presence. (Yes, it is hard to forget that he stuffed a tampon up his bleeding nose while playing a festival.)
