Psychedelic surf-rockers Beach Fossils, creators of an excellent self-titled debut, lead this bill of fast-rising acts like San Francisco's Grass Window—they sound like the Cranberries covering Pavement songs—and Oberhofer, an act built around songwriter Brad Oberhofer, a more ramshackle indie-pop exercise with Oberhofer’s yelping vocals, giddy guitar work and strong hooks.
