Aristophanes

Taiwanese rapper Aristophanes garnered international attention after featuring on the ferocious collaboration track "Scream" from Grimes' most recent album, Art Angels. Her own music harbors the same sweetly nightmarish tendencies that song showcased—high-pitched shrieks, gritty industrial production and occassional honeyed whispers—as heard on her most recent track "3001 - A Space Disco," a single produced by Will Butler of Arcade Fire.
