Time Out says

This space in the heart of Soho was formerly the home and studio of Donald Judd (1928–1994), one of the pioneers of Minimalist art. Since his death, the building—one of the prime examples of 19th-century cast-iron architecture in Lower Manhattan—has been administered by the artist's eponymous foundation, and is open to the public for tours, lectures and exhibitions.
