New York City recently celebrated the 400th anniversary of the arrival of Henry Hudson and Dutch settlers in what is now called New York City. The Holland Society is devoted to documenting the long history of Dutch inhabitants, collecting genealogical information, books, maps and much more. Visit their library, or check out one of their historical lectures.
