Time Out says

LitFilm 2023, a free film festival, honors beloved writers and creatives. Entering its fifth year, this weeklong event running through February 19 will feature films offering new perspectives on writers such as Robert Caro, Salman Rushdie, Toni Morison, Pauli Murray, Joyce Carol Oates, Leonard Cohen, and more. LitFilm will also offer exclusive access to many of the filmmakers and screenwriters behind the presented films, with discussions following many of the screenings.

Brooklyn Public Library will present the event with films including "My Name is Pauli Murray," "The Strangest Stranger," and "Turn Every Page."
