This free event in Queens for QTPOC community members celebrates two years of "I'm Finna Talk," a femme-led collective creates free/low-cost workshops and open mic events for Black, Brown and Indigenous LGBTQIA+ folks in New York City.
"WE FINNA Live, Laugh, Love: A 2 Year Community Celebration" on Saturday October 21 at Nowadays will celebrate by "connecting with baddies and making resources accessible to our community," event organizers say. Expect a free gender-affirming pop-up shop, a mutual aid/small business fair, a clothing swap, a variety show and lots of free goodies.
While the event is free, guests are asked to reserve in advance and bring cash tips.
