Time Out says

The Bronx's queer community gathers to celebrate powerful representations in media and combat violence and cultural stigma at this annual festival. Get Tough, Get BAAD!, which is organized by the Bronx Academy of Arts and Dance, presents narrative films featuring queer people of color as the protagonists, along with events celebrating queer strength and value.

To celebrate their 25th anniversary, the festival is kicking off with Courageous Conversations: Strategies for Living and Loving in America, a conversation between authors John Keene and Robert Jones, Jr. on February 6 at 7pm. Most events in the festival are free, and the dance concert is $20. Programming will continue through February 17, and you can get more information on daily schedules and tickets here.
