Searching for an after-school program for your kids? The 14th Street Y is currently accepting admissions to its highly regarded program for children in kindergarten to fifth grade. Catering to all needs and abilities, this community initiative includes homework help, a healthy snack, and activities that get your kids moving, encourage creativity or challenge their minds.
Part of the Educational Alliance’s network of community centers in Lower Manhattan, the 14Y provides year-round enrichment across a variety of different classes. Taught by specially trained counselors, the options include dance, drama, gymnastics, karate, chess, film-making, journalism, and more. Additionally, kids will get access to aquatics and athletics at discounted rates.
The 14th Street Y After School program is available for three, four, or five days of after-school each week until 6pm, excluding holidays. To make sure everyone gets there ok, the tuition costs include transportation from a selection of neighboring public, religious and private schools. If you need a little help with funding?
