No Joke! at Le Poisson Rouge

Every week, Hot Rabbit kicks off the weekend at the venerable Monster in the West Village. But for April Fool's Day—which happens to be Hot Rabbit honcho Emily Hall Smith's birthday—they moved the proceedings to Tuesday, and slightly east to Le Poisson Rouge for No Joke! JD Samson, Whitney Day, Average Jo and Mitch Ferrino provided beats for the adorable crowd between performances by the Dance Cartel, Untitled Queen and other arty-party scenesters.
