Culinary provocateurs Underground Eats stage a night of theatrical gluttony at Sleep No More, the much-lauded interactive theater installation inside the McKittrick Hotel. Chef Marc Murphy (Ditch Plains) helms the production, transporting guests back to the 1939 New York World’s Fair with themed dishes served in unconventional ways—picture a suckling pig procession. Just like Sleep No More, this soiree will have an immersive format, in which actors and patrons roam around sections of the set. Cocktails, champagne and absinthe will enhance the surreal adventure; VIP ticket holders ($250) gain access to special areas of the McKittrick.
