This debaucherous cocktail series sees Brian Miller (formerly of Death & Company and Pegu Club) teaming up with some of the city's best bartenders—including Jim Meehan (PDT), Jim Kearns (The NoMad) and Meaghan Dorman (Raines Law Room)—for an evening of tropical tipples. Each Monday the duo crafts a unique menu of eight tiki-inspired swizzles (from $13); past creations include the Long Nines, a riff on a Treacle with pineapple juice, Ron Zacapa rum and Don's Spices #2 served with a flaming pineapple garnish.
