Nick Suarez and Theo Peck—the cook-off specialists behind the Food Experiments—buddy up with Edible Brooklyn for an epic smoke-out at Brooklyn Brewery, offering open-fired eats, like pork belly, glazed beets and eggplant dip. An open bar will feature Brooklyn's seasonal beers like Sorachi Ace, Pumpkin and Oktoberfest.
