Danny Meyers' Tabla is set to shutter on December 30, but you can get a final taste of the trailblazing eatery at this guest-chef dinner. Many of the talented toques that have passed through Floyd Cardoz's kitchen—including Ben Pollinger (Oceana) and Dan Kluger (ABC Kitchen)—will be lending a hand for this multicourse feast, turning out Indian-inspired dishessuch as lacquered barbecue ribs with mango papaya salad, and spiced buttermilk cake with ginger-beer pears and crème-fraiche ice cream.
