For its 15th annual Oktoberfest celebration, Tour de France’s nine Manhattan restaurants—including Nice Matin, Café D'Alsace and Marseille—will feature sausage-and-beer pairing menus. This year, beer sommelier Gianni Cavicchi is collaborating with Doc’s cider on an exclusive brew ($8) to go alongside dishes such as Nice Matin’s merguez-and-apple croquette ($11.75).
