For $20, beach-ready bartenders will line up a shot of Seven Tiki spiced rum, a frozen cocktail and three island-influenced dishes; choose from among four types of sliders, three kinds of tacos, Thai-accented ribs and clams with tartar sauce. Finish with a Cloudy Daze, a sweet concoction made with vanilla beans imported from Réunion island, ice cream, tapioca and condensed-milk foam.
