Mark Drew (Tequila Herradura) and Marshall Altier (coauthor of How to Booze: Exquisite Cocktails and Unsound Advice) are the guests of honor at this instalment of Roustabouts, a guest bartending series at Nolita cocktail haven 1534. The duo will present a menu of four to six French Colonial–themed cocktails at $10 a pop—expect to taste Altier's recently launched Baked Apple Bitters somewhere in the mix.
