Dine like our 1800s forebears at the Farm on Adderley, which offers this throwback meal prepared without electricity or refrigeration. Chef Tom Kearney will employ preindustrial techniques like curing, pickling and smoking to create a four-course spread; a glass of wine or a pint is available for $6. As you eat, historic gastronomist Sarah Lohman will explain the context of each course and provide some background on Brooklyn's agricultural history.
