For six Mondays, Eataly invites some of NYC's Neapolitan pizza-making royalty to take guest turns on the wood-fired ovens. At each edition, chef Rosario Granieri (Rossopomodoro) will be joined by a different guest pizzaiolo to devise special pies for the occasion ($9–$19). Participants include Numero 28 Pizzeria (Mar 12), PizzArte (Mar 19) and Forcella (Mar 26); expect classic Margherita pies along with more-dressed-up riffs, including Eataly's signaturepecorino e pepe, made with buffalo mozzarella, pears, pecorino, black pepper and arugula.
