During this interactive, 90-minute workshop, you'll receive a personal cheese plate to sample six different fromages from Murray's collection, alongside a selection of New York State spirits that range from gins to ryes and malts. First-timers, rest assured—you'll be guided through each course by Murray's education veteran Dan Belmont, who will also give insight on the history of each pour, proper cheese storage and best practices for at-home spirits pairing. Sliced baguettes, dried fruits and nuts will be on offer to complement the curds.
