Wine buffs who think they know all about vino Italiano might learn something new at this pairing dinner, which focuses on indigenous grapes from up-and-coming regions. Sample bottles from Campania, Sicily, Val d'Aosta and Trentino-Alto Adige over a four-course meal featuring fluke crudo and beef carpaccio with black truffle vinaigrette.
