Governors Club Seafood & Music Beach Party

Grab a ferry across New York Bay for this afternoon waterfront shindig where you'll munch on all manner of marine life, including fish tacos, fried shrimp and Louisiana crawfish courtesy of FiDi's Ambrose Beer and Lobster and New Orleans' NOLA Crawfish King. Local ska and reggae outfits Badfish and Cannabis Cup Band will provide beach-ready sounds with full tribute performances to Sublime and Bob Marley, respectively. Cough up an extra 20 bucks beforehand for the prix-fixe seafood platter (lobster roll, a dozen steamed clams, fried calamari) or pay as you go for bites and local brews.
