The culinary mastermind behind Spain's game-changing El Bulli celebrates the launch of his multivolume collection, elBulli 2005–2011, a chronicle of the restaurant’s golden years. In the seven-tome compilation, the Michelin-starred chef shares detailed recipes, ingredient tips and snaps of those world-class dishes. VIP ticket holders will be invited to a prelecture reception with Adrià, where he will be signing copies of the set.
