Bites&Beats at Afropunkfest

This two-day Brooklyn alt-music blowout couldn’t fit more into 48 hours if it tried. While fest regulars Lenny Kravitz, Grace Jones and Lauryn Hill take over the outdoor stage at Commodore Barry Park, grub vendors Gorilla Cheese NYC, Kimchi Taco Truck and Nunchas empanadas headline the food truck fest-within-a-fest, touting more than 25 roving vendors and pop-up restaurants (Snowday, Toum) on-site to fuel the crowds.
