South Slope suds mecca Beer Table welcomes Jérôme Rebetez, brewmaster at Switzerland's Brasserie des Franches-Montagnes, for a rare stateside tasting of his wares. He'll be chatting about his small alpine brewery, known for deploying unusual ingredients such as Lapsang souchong tea. Sample five of his quaffs over a three-course meal, including the barrel-aged Abbaye de St. Bon Chien 2009 and a La Douze cask pour.
