Tulsi chef Hemant Mathur—who helped Devi become the country's first Michelin-starred Indian restaurant—leads this demo and tasting, where he'll showcase signature recipes from his new midtown eatery. Mathur will prepare dishes like paneer parantha, lamb chops with apple chutney, and cauliflower takatin, and his wife—Tulsi pastry chef Surbhi Sahni—will make a coconut-accented rice pudding called firni for dessert. Reservations are required.
