The Witches of Gambaga

The "witches" in question are women’s movement activists and feminist researchers in Ghana who have been exiled by the patriarchal society. Three shorts are also on the bill: Zina Saro Wiwa's "The Deliverance of Comfort" (2010), Ekwa Msangi-Omari's "Taharuki (Suspense)" (2011) and Zina Saro Wiwa's "Phyllis" (2010).
