Sharits scratched the emulsion of a stream-image film, ending up with what he calls “a conceptual lap dissolve from ‘water currents’ to ‘film strip currents.’” Anthology says this is an experimental essential. Also on the bill is Sharits's 12-minute "T, O, U, C, H, I, N, G" (1969).
