Up for a bit of the ol’ ultraviolence, me droogies? Kubrick’s sensationalistic, chilling social satire has its detractors (the usual claim of all stylistic brio, no substance), but it’s undeniably scabrous and says more about the perverse necessity of free will than a dozen Ayn Rand books and Rush songs combined.
