5x Favela, Now by Ourselves

The five short films in this program were all written and directed by artists from Brazil's favelas. Titles to screen include Cacau Amaral and Rodrigo Felha's "Rice and Beans," Luciano Vidigal's "Concert for Violin" and Luciana Bezerra's "Let There Be Light."
