The Fourth Annual Drag Show Video Verite

Drag historian Joe E. Jeffreys presents what has become a beloved, nostalgic Pride month tradition: a video mash-up of scenes from NYC's drag world that spans more than 50 years. This year's footage includes rare glimpses of Jackie Beat, Felicity Starr Dust, Mimi Imfurst, Lypsinka, Peppermint, Rollerena, Sherry Fine and more—including never-before-screened footage of Dayzee Dee's pre-Stonewall Brooklyn balls. Concert pianist and drag diva Jacqueline Jonée provides the background music.
