Trajal Harrell presents two new sections of his five-part production, Twenty Looks or Paris Is Burning at the Judson Church, along with a reprisal of Small (S). For the engagement, Harrell looks at the histories of the postmodern dance movement and voguing. He premieres Medium (M)—also known as (M)imosa—a full-length ensemble piece created in collaboration with Cecilia Bengolea, François Chaignaud and Marlene Monteiro Freitas, and Extra Small (XS), a solo created for a maximum audience of 25.
