American Ballet Theater superstar James Whiteside stars in a dance-theater adaptation of Roland Topor's psychosexual horror novel (filmed by Roman Polanski in 1976) about a Polish man's descent into madness in a Parisian apartment whose previous occupant killed herself. The choreography is by Arthur Pita; Whiteside's ABT colleague Cassandra Trenary plays the dead woman.
