As Diana Byer's company nears its 40th anniversary, it presents a spring season comprising three works: Richard Alston's The Seasons, which it premiered to acclaim last year; Matthew Nash's The Elements of Style (1983), inspired by Strunk and White's beloved writing manual; and Merce Cunningham's Scramble (1967), in honor of the modern dance titan's centenary this spring.
