The Graham company keeps the modern dance master's legacy alive with a set of programs that honor the upcoming centennial of women's suffrage in the United States. Among the offerings are the world premieres of Maxine Doyle and Bobbi Jene Smith's Deo, inspired by goddesses of Greek myth, and the NYC debut of Pam Tanowitz's Untitled (Souvenir), along with a pair of recently commissioned works: Lucinda Childs's Histoire and Annie-B Parson's I used to love you (featuring text by Will Eno). Each program also includes two dances by Graham, such as Chronicle (1936) and the rarely seen Secular Games (1962).
